Edmonton’s tiny dancers and rocket men alike can view an Elton John themed art collection at the Epcor Tower ahead of the superstar’s world tour stop in the city later this month.

The collection, titled Reflections, was created by longtime Elton John collaborator Bernie Taupin. The series reflects some of the greatest hits the two created together with lyrics displayed in front of visual representations of each song.

“Their collaboration was really interesting. As many of you might know, or not know, Bernie would always write the lyrics and write them, in my opinion, as poetry and then he would send the lyrics to Elton and Elton somehow saw the music and created the music,” said Brian Liss, the man behind bringing the collection to Edmonton, and owner of Liss Gallery in Toronto.
