I am writing this letter in opposition to bylaw 1-10 - a land proposal presented at a MSTW hearing February 24. The Town of Morden submitted an application requesting two parcels of land near the lake be re-designated to allow for development on Lake Minnewasta's north shoreline.

It has come to my attention that the Town of Morden proposes to swap the land along the north shore of Lake Minnewasta for land owned by a developer (Highland Park Financial) in order to allow the development of residential units and a possible condominium along the shore line.
